* Regular Sunflower Striders dues are $20 for individual or $25 for family per year and renewable on or before April 1st each year. Benefits include a bi-monthly newsletter, discounted entry fee to Sunflower Striders Sponsored events, including most local road races, weekly group runs, annual banquet, discounts at Great Plains Running Company and Garry Gribble’s Sports, and club membership in the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA).

Packet Pick-up and Race Day Registration:
There will be packet pickup at Great Plains Running Company, 5967 SW 29th Street from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, January 14th and from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Friday, January 15th. Packet pickup and race day registration will be from 9:00 am until 10:30 am at the KTKA-TV 49 station building located at 2121 SW Chelsea Drive .
Bus Transportation:
We are going to bus participants before the start of the race from the finish area to the start in Topeka . Buses will begin loading near the Auburn Community Center , which is west of the finish line, beginning at 8:30 am and will continue until 10:00 am. Normal drive time from Auburn to the start area is about 30 minutes. Parking is available south of the Community Center, along the north and east sides of the ball diamond and in the Presbyterian Church parking lot east of the finish line. Busing is provided for runners only and your dry clothes bags for after the race will be transported back to the Auburn Elementary School , same as in the past.
Race:
The race will start at 11:00 am on Chelsea Drive, east of the KTKA-TV 49 building and west of Fairlawn Plaza Shopping Center.

Post Race:
Pancakes for race participants and volunteers will be available starting at 12:30 pm at the Auburn Elementary School, which is two blocks south and one block west of the finish line. Guests may also purchase the pancakes breakfast. Coffee, orange juice and hot chocolate will be included. Dry clothes bags will be transported to the school, where changing rooms will be available. There are no shower facilities at the school.
