Sunflower Striders Board Meeting Minutes
November 9, 2008

Present: Brad Rhoden (President), John Patch (Vice President), Kelly Christensen (Treasurer), Debbie Pryor (Secretary), Marla Rhoden (Member at Large)
Topeka to Auburn was once again the big topic of discussion for this board meeting. All members present gave an update with where they are at regarding their individual responsibilities for the event. We are currently receiving race entries and will be posting an entrant list on the website as early as 12/1.
The banquet location and time is yet to be confirmed. The board discussed trying to keep the cost per individual to $20.00. The board would like to schedule the banquet for the first weekend in February if there is availability.
December Newsletter: The Topeka to Auburn entry will be a part of the newsletter, announcement of Christmas family adoption, and banquet information (if confirmed).

- MKA Rescue Run
- Santa Shuffle, request timing
- Over the River
- Looking into Crestview Community Center for Next year's Labor Your Legs Event.
We are set up to host the Thanksgiving Day Fun Run, November 27th at Sherwood Clubhouse. Kelly will be responsible for food and John for paper goods.
The next board meeting will be at 5:00 on December 7th at the home of Debbie Pryor.
