Benefit 5K Walk/Run For Caleb Cook (10/8/11 at 8:00AM)
On July 9th, Caleb was attending the demolition derby in Osage City when a car spun and a small screw flew in his eye. On July 15, Caleb’s right eye was surgically removed. We are asking for a minimum $25 donation fee to enter the walk/run event. Please return the registration form to Emily Roberts before October 1st, 2011. There will be a kid’s fun run following the main event. It is free to all participants 10 and under. Cash or money order only please. Free pancakes for the participants following the event located at the Community Building 9am. Non participants are $5.
